About Ryan

I love East Idaho. It’s where my roots run deep. My ancestors settled this area, and it’s home for me, my wife, and our four kids. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I know this region like the back of my hand — Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, Blackfoot, Pocatello, the whole Snake River Plain, the Upper Valley, and the Portneuf Valley. I’ve run businesses in practically all of these places. I feel like I’ve walked every street, driven every back road, and shaken hands with half the people here. This place isn’t just where I work — it’s who I am.

I graduated from BYU–Idaho with my undergraduate degree, then earned my MBA from Idaho State University. I’ve built companies from the ground up, managed teams of hundreds, and been in the trenches of business and real estate for years. I’ve signed big deals, made tough calls, and learned exactly what works and what doesn’t. I’ve worked in the investment world and still do. A lot of commercial agents refuse to touch residential deals. I think that’s crazy. I even knew a commercial agent who had a residential agent list their own home — that blew my mind. To me, residential real estate is fascinating. It’s where people live, raise families, dream big, and make memories. Helping someone find that space or move on to the next chapter is one of the most rewarding things I do.

I enjoy walking through homes, spotting opportunities others overlook, and seeing the excitement in people’s faces when they find the right place. Many commercial agents avoid residential because they don’t understand it or don’t want to deal with the emotional side. I thrive in it. And unlike most agents who stay in one lane, I’m comfortable in both.
