About Eva

With more than 26 years of experience as a real estate professional, Eva Hoopes brings integrity, authenticity, and personal care to her valued clients.

Eva was born and raised in Idaho.  As a resident of Boise for 30 years, she has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as expertise in the Treasure Valley's most desirable neighborhoods.

Eva graduated from Boise State University in 1998 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Paralegal Studies.  Directly after receiving her degree, she worked for Albertsons Corporation as a Contract Administrator in Labor Relations.  In 2000, she obtained her real estate license, and immediately launched into full time real estate sales under the tutelage of the Lee Hill Real Estate Group.  Her practice grew quickly as she worked with buyers, sellers, and investors from all walks of life.  She has earned the highly regarded CRS designation, has Lifetime Production Award Recognition for over 10 consecutive years as a Top Producer.  In 2022, Eva was ranked in the top 1% of over 7000 agents in the metro area.

Above all else, Eva strives to provide individual attention and concierge-level service to each client.  As a neighborhood expert and relocation specialist, she is skilled in matching buyers to communities that fit their individual lifestyles and investment goals.  Her portfolio of luxury listing sales is extensive, and she has had the privilege of representing a local builder where she was intimately involved in the whole construction process from initial conception to closing.  With 90% of Eva’s business consisting of returning clients and referrals, she values the lifelong relationships and friendship with her clients that extends well past the conclusion of the transaction.

As a respected Realtor® in the community, Eva has also made valuable connections with an array of service providers.  This vast referral network includes builders and trades, inspectors, appraisers, lenders, handyman services, interior designers, and a multitude of other service providers that benefit her clients before, during and after the transaction. 

Eva and her husband Bryan have been married for 29 years.  In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their three adult children, Hailey, Logan and Ryan.  Bryan and Eva love to travel (usually to the beach), have an appreciation for great food and wine, and enjoy the beauty and accessibility of the Boise Greenbelt and foothill trails.  Her lifelong love of this community is another reason Eva is so thrilled to be helping those she calls neighbors and friends.
