The number one thing I've learned that my clients and customers want from me is responsiveness. Real estate moves fast – blink and you miss it! I understand how crucial it is to respond quickly to requests for information and service, whether it's finding out more about a property, researching an area, setting up a showing appointment or writing an offer. My aim is to be there for you when you need me.
COMMITMENT
I believe loyalty is a two-way street: I am here for my clients 100%, and when I begin working with someone and giving them my valuable time and expertise, I ask for that loyalty in return. Ultimately, loyalty is earned, not given, and my commitment is to earn and retain your loyalty through my dedicated service. The vast majority of my clients are repeat or referral-based due to that commitment.
BACKGROUND
With a professional background in architecture, I tend to look at every home as a design for living, and every property as having the potential to become someone’s dream home. Getting to know my seller-clients helps me discover why they bought the home they're selling, and what they love most about it. That helps me effectively market their property to find the next owners. Getting to know my buyer-clients and discovering what’s important to them, in all respects of what represents their perfect home, helps me find them that home. I've lived and been a home owner in many different places in both this country and overseas. I know the challenges of buying and selling property and moving a family, and I truly want to help make this transition as smooth as possible for you.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
- Born in Florida, grew up mostly on the East Coast, with a memorable 4 years in North Dakota
- Earned my Bachelor of Science in Architecture, University of Virginia, 1986
- Worked professionally in commercial & interior architecture and interior design (Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, 9 years)
- Moved to New Zealand in the mid ‘90s with my husband for a bit of adventure. Worked in residential architecture for 3 years before taking a hiatus to raise our family
- Moved to north Idaho in 2012 shortly after returning to the USA
- Turned my personal and professional backgrounds into my dream career in real estate, 2013
- My husband, two children and I (and our perennial menagerie of pets!) have loved calling the Pacific Northwest HOME!
