About Brenda

   Hello! I'm Brenda Nearpass; mother, wife, author, Idaho native and Realtor for twenty years. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers and work around your schedule. Education is key to a successful transaction as well as a great team, and communication. Twenty years of experience in Real Estate gives me the knowledge and skills to negotiate for you.  I will help guide you through the many steps of purchasing a first home, investing into your dream home, or helping downsize for retirement. I also work with real estate investors. 

   Lake Coeur 'd Alene has been my playground since I was a child. In my spare time I enjoy paddle boarding, boating, and swimming when the lake is warm enough. For the last four years I have been an advocate for the National Brain Tumor Society helping raise awareness and funding for brain cancer/tumor patients. I published Memoir of a True Airhead, sharing my own experience of surviving a brain tumor.
