About Levi

Hello my name is Levi Tyler and I am a real estate agent located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho.

I specialize in residential real estate and since being licensed in 2018 it has been my honor to guide buyers, sellers and investors through the North Idaho real estate market.

I am in the top 15% of agents in the Coeur d’Alene MLS and aside from the standard continuing education requirements mandated by the state I am continually advancing my own skill sets through other classes and programs. I have gone through the highest current level of training available offered by Buffini & Company who is the largest coaching and training company in North America where “Excellence is our minimum standard”. I have taken courses from Chris Voss, Donald Miller and others both in and out of the real estate industry. Being a reader at heart and an avid listener to podcasts I don’t believe one can ever truly stop learning. My background prior to real estate involved an emphasis in negotiations, and the pricing and selling of all kinds of items for profit. Marketing and graphic design are things I have always had a bit of a knack for, and have continued to pursue even after college. I hold an Associates of Science in Business Administration from NIC.
